Frequently Asked Questions

At what point into my project should I contact you?

It’s best to contact us before starting a project. Often times, our team will provide drafting and/or review your home plans and offer suggestions to improve the overall flow and function. Catching small details upfront will help avoid costly and time consuming changes down the road. We will also create a scope of work, establish a realistic project timeline, and help define your style so everyone is on the same page from day one.

Can you work with my builder or Architect?

Of course! Our goal is to create functionally beautiful homes and ensure a smooth design process for you. From concept to completion we are a member of your team.

What can I do to prepare for my interior design consultation?

Great question. Start by creating a wish list for your project and be as specific as possible. Try to gather inspiration photos and items that reflect your desired “look”. This will help us identify your design style. Also, make a sure to write down any additional questions so you don’t forget to ask us.

I want to build a custom home but I’m not sure where to start. What do you suggest?

Our first suggestion is do your research and meet with multiple builders, designers, and architects. Luckily in Indiana, we have an incredible community of professionals that are creative, hardworking and have the utmost integrity. Our second suggestion would be to give your self ample time for the planning phase. Great design is in the details.
